Rachel Roberts

Rachel Roberts has been involved in many aspects of the performing arts since the age of three and has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, Pointe, hip-hop, clogging, musical theatre, acting, voice, modeling, piano, gymnastics, cheerleading, baton and swing dance. Graduating with honors and a double major in dance and musical theatre from the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Performing and Visual Arts, Rachel has toured Nevada, California, and China with Dream Tour USA, and performed in numerous dance concerts and musicals. Regional credits include guest dancer in the Las Vegas Bowl Half-Time Show with the Las Vegas Stars Dance Team, guest dancer for pianist Giovanni, Peter in “Peter and the Wolf”, Odette understudy in “Swan Lake”, Mitzi in “Crazy For You”, Kristine in “A Chorus Line”, and Golden Rainbow’s Ribbon Of Life Production often serving as dance captain or choreographer for these projects. Favorite memories include performing with the St. Viator Liturgical Dance Troupe. She has also participated in many pageants and dance competitions winning local, state and national titles as well as working as a print and commercial model.

Rachel attended Oklahoma City University and participated in the Senior Choreography Shows and was a member of The Spirit of Grace Liturgical Dance Company and the internationally acclaimed American Spirit Dance Company. In 2002, she received a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and was named the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Entertainment Business.

Recently Rachel has choreographed for the Miss Tulsa State Fair Pageant, is the producer and choreographer for the Miss Broken Arrow Pageant and has been a member of the National Dance Education Organization. She is a certified Miss America judge and her choreography has won many regional and national awards. Rachel is the owner of Double R Dance and Design which is the parent organization of the award-winning Double R Dance Company. She is also an instructor at Destiny Dance in Tulsa and Theatre Arts, Inc. in Broken Arrow.
